Hotel was well-appointed and well-maintained, thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

The location was convenient, for example, Wilderness Church was not very far from the hotel. The personnel was attentive and helpful. We stayed in a brand-new queen room with great views, all amenities, plenty of towels.

Well-appointed and good modern hotel located in a beautiful area near trails in the mountains nearby, and Grand Teton and Yellowstone parks by the south gate. Fashionable & brand-new room with all amenities. Accommodating, very pleasant people working here. Particularly good and beautiful location to Museum of the Mountain Man.

Booked the room with my friend for 1 night and had a very pleasant stay. I appreciated rooms with great views of the mountains. The breakfast was enjoyable, the check in was early. Wake up calls, a hot breakfast, and ironing were provided for free. Hotel's location was quiet and exceptionally nice, to Yellowstone national park.

The room was brand-new and reasonably large, we had a microwave and a fridge. Everyone working at this well-maintained hotel was attentive. Also, location was comfortable, not too far away from Wilderness Church. The venue itself was in a really comfortable area, near to nice lakes and Grand Teton and Yellowstone parks by the south gate and Pinedale, WY.

All the staff were very pleasant, excellent. We ate at a nice restaurant for dinner.

All the staff was super-friendly and accommodating, resolved my issues. The rooms were spotlessly clean and huge with great views of the mountains, you feel like home. The pool was nice, enjoyable breakfasts with toppings and pastries, for example.

I had an amazing stay at this hotel in Pinedale. The cleanliness was top-notch and the hotel facilities were great. The location in a famous fishing valley was perfect for me as an avid angler. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, making me feel like a VIP guest.

During our stay over Christmas, we enjoyed the warm and welcoming atmosphere of the hotel. The staff was friendly and helpful, making our stay comfortable and enjoyable. The hotel's location was convenient, with easy access to nearby attractions and amenities. Additionally, the complimentary breakfast provided a variety of options, ensuring a satisfying start to our day.

While our overall experience was positive, we did notice that the cleaning staff seemed to be short-handed at times. There were periods where we didn't see anyone in the hallways, and our room wasn't cleaned promptly.

Nothing!!! it was the worst unorganized place I've ever been. We were there for a wedding and they screwed up almost everyones reservation, even after I called to make sure things were right. At check in time they we still cleaning rooms. We were late to my niephews wedding because we couldn't get in a room. our TV didn't work, they said there was a hide abed and there was not, they told us they hasd no cots and they did. My 9yr old grand daughter even said we should get to stay here free its so crazy!
